La Junta Primary School

Our mission at La Junta Primary School is to create and foster a safe, supportive learning community where students and staff are life long learners, as well as contributing and responsible members of our society.

Instructional decisions will be formulated and guided through the use of state educational standards, a variety of student interest, researched best practices and collected evidence of students strengths and needs.

Cooperation and coordination with parents, staff members, students and the community is essential in meeting individual needs, developing positive self-concepts, instilling strong principles and encouraging excellence.
