National Honor Society & National Junior Honor Society

National Honor Society (NHS) is comprised of high school students who strive to achieve the highest goals. Members must have a minimum of a 3.6 GPA and fill out an application that is reviewed by a nominating committee.  National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is comprised of junior high school students who also strive to achieve the highest goals.  Members must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and fill out an application that is reviewed by a nominating committee.

  4. Administrators, staff and students shall uphold ethical behavior.
  5. Staff and students shall be encouraged to demonstrate leadership and service to school, community and global world.
  6. Appropriate classroom behavior that promotes learning shall be the norm and appropriate school-wide behavior shall be expected and enforced by staff and students.
  7. Instill in each student the desire to reach his/her full potential and become a life long learner
  8. Creative thinking and imagination shall be fostered through the offering of the fine arts programs.
